Hiking Tour to the Volcano La Corona Lanzarote
This guided hiking tour in Lanzarote leads along a mighty rock wall, which rises 500 m from the Atlantic Ocean and therefore offers spectacular panoramic views. Conquer the volcanic craters of the impressive Famara massif. On the way to the La Corona volcano, a natural monument, you can enjoy beautiful views: The Peñas del Chache, the highest peak of the island, the entire Chinijo archipelago and the Malpais wine-growing area, a mighty lava flow that extends down into the Atlantic Ocean. The island offers a great variety of beautiful plant species in this region, including numerous endemisms and many different bird species. Your guide will be happy to explain the flora and fauna. This hiking tour to the volcano in Lanzarote will finally take you to the charming villages Haria and Máguez, surrounded by innumerable fruit trees in the heart of the valley of the 1000 palm trees.

There were five of us, children aged 11 to 16 and another couple. We were alone in a breath-taking landscape. We recommend this fantastic hike with a caring guide. Don’t forget your sweater though as it is windy at the top.
